Since its establishment in 1933 Timmermans transport & logistics has developed into a medium-sized logistic provider of services with a wide variance range of products:

• National and international transport with the focus on Benelux, Northern France,
  Germany (Ruhr Area), Poland and the Czech Republic;
• public Warehousing;
• Value Added Logistics;
• secondment of logistic personnel;
• custom Warehousing. 

In the Netherlands Timmermans has 90,000 m2 of storage capacity on three locations. Every day more than 54 lorries (including trailers, articulated lorries and box vans with hydraulic loading flaps) travel all over the Netherlands and far beyond. The three establishments in the Netherlands employ a total of 130 employees.

In Poland Timmermans is represented by its sister companies, Ponetex Logistics, in Rakoniewice, Nowy Tomysl, Skierniewice, Chorsow, and a fifth establishement in Sosnowiec nearby Katowice.

Timmermans' customers can be found in the food and non-food sectors. These customers set high demands on the quality of the services provided. A process-oriented approach and maximization of the opportunities offered by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market are therefore spearheads in Timmermans' strategy. The aim is that at all times clear insight is offered in the results of its performance, enabling timely adjustment and optimization.
