Quality Timmermans was awarded the ISO 9001 certificate as early as 1990. Meanwhile it has also obtained the ISO 9001, version 2000, the new standard of requirements for the quality system. It is a more updated certification, hitherto quite rare in the sector, but nonetheless highly valued by Timmermans. The latest certification ISO 14001:2004 has Timmermans accompliced in februari 2007. Which will improve our quality of services evenmore. Internal audits are performed on a regular basis, both by external experts and by one of Timmermans' members of staff, to ensure that agreed procedures are maintained and that the eventual services meet the quality requirements. In some cases the possession of an ISO certificate is even a precondition for some customers to seek Timmermans' co-operation. In each case our customers may be sure that all agreements made are met. Risk inventories in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act are made for all work carried out. Customers who have complaints about Timmermans' performance may initiate a complaints procedure. Through kwaliteit@timmermansdiessen.nl customers and staff may lodge their complaints.
